BASIC FESTIVAL INFORMATION

CAMPING:

We are using a private farm which will be used as a Primitive camping area.
There will be water, but anything else you will need to bring.
There are stores and such located in the Shelbyville area.


MEALS:

You may prepare your own meals, but the Blue Moon “Chuck Wagon” will be offering hot dogs, hamburgers, coffee and great breakfasts.
All at very reasonable prices for those who’d rather not cook.


RESPONSIBILITY:

Please by responsible for the welfare of yourself, your belongings and your family.
Do not permit your children to wander out of designated area; they need to be in the company of a responsible adult at all times.
Do not allow small children to run about.
Unattended Children; they are your responsibility and festival staff cannot be held responsible for Your Children.
Also, children are not allowed in the Vending Area without an adult.
The staff is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any personal injury or loss occurring to anyone during the festival.


Do not bring illegal drugs or firearms on site. No alcohol or tobacco use is permitted during rituals. If you smoke please be considerate and make sure butts are extinguished and not thrown on the ground or into the ritual fire pit. Please honor the Earth. Please note that there is an "Open container” law in Kentucky regarding alcohol. Please sign up for 1 hour of volunteer work as you come into the Festival. Your help is much needed and appreciated. There will be wonderful Pagan vendors at the Festival so bring your money to purchase specialty items you may not be able to purchase elsewhere. Please do support these hard working people as they strive to fill the need for quality ritual items in our community.


VENDING:
Vendors are being accepted, there is an additional 25.00 fee to vend, anyone vending without permission will be ask to leave.

WHAT TO BRING:
Tent, sleeping bag, pillow, blankets, air mattress, pump
Foot and beverages, food preparation supplies
Warm clothing, rain gear, comfortable shoes
Flashlight/lantern/tiki torches, etc.
Drums, rattles, bells, any musical instruments
Ritual clothing
Lawn chairs, cushions, or mats
Medication, aspirin, first aid kit (certified personnel will be on site)
